Maintain and craft a general version of your resume over the years; this can quickly be retrofitted for a specific role. 📌Use a professional email: Save your embarrassing email and jokes for after you land the job. 📌Tell the truth. Developers are intelligent, and exaggerations in a resume become very apparent during the interview process. 📌Review and Polish. Your resume is something you will continually work on over the years. Reach out to developers you know or on LinkedIn, and ask them to review your resume. 📌No Experience: List all projects and contributions if you're lacking work experience.
